We are a family run business that have been involved in the property business in various capacities for over 30 years.

Ian Foster, one of our directors, bought an Estate Agent /Auctioneering practice in the Mid 1980’s in his native Northern Ireland. This business was not only able to service the property needs of the local community but also the needs of the local farming community where the practice dealt with land lettings and milk quota rentals and sales etc. It also was a main agent for the Halifax Building Society for the purposes of being able to offer mortgages and investments.

Ian’s property development journey began with a small development of new build apartments in 1989. He has since taken on many projects both for himself and investors over the years. These have mainly been in the residential markets and have included the redevelopment of properties for the HMO and Buy to Let markets. Ian has been joined by his wife Julie and daughter Laura in this business.

Julie has always been supportive in the various projects that have been taken on over the years with her role mainly served in the administration side of the business.

Laura has always had a great interest in property and has just recently taken a more active role within the property business. She specialises in sourcing new projects together with managing existing ones. She has great people management skills that along with her conscientiousness means both prospective and existing clients enjoy talking and working with her.
